So good to be back and cooking properly for our guests - it’s really picking up again! Last week’s starter of pea and feta fritters with radish salad went down a treat 😋
Catering bookings are rolling in, and we’re planning menus. This roasted spring chicken marinated in thyme and lemon will definitely be making the cut. Served with potato gratin and kale.

We did an (unintentionally) pink themed three course dinner for all our local Mums yesterday for Mothers Day. They had cured salmon to start, pork belly with pickled rhubarb for main and cheesecake with rhubarb compote to finish. Who doesn't like pin
It’s still a long way off, but following the latest announcement, we’re hoping this summer might see a return to these amazing evenings, sitting on the patio, sharing delicious food with nearest and dearest! 🙌

For those who don’t know, we’re offering a range of our meals delivered. We’ve got everything from three course dinners to delicious

While the hall is closed we have started delivering meals to our local community. We are trying to be as sustainable as possible by shopping locally, not using single use plastic and delivering on foot when possible. These tiffin boxes are a perfect

Autumn is definitely here! We would be very happy eating this dish right now - Pan-fried sea bream fillet with creamy mash, wilted spinach and a clam and tarragon sauce.
